Access educational content anytime and anywhere. Making it useful for individuals who are unable to attend traditional in-person classes due to geographical or time constraints. Providing customized learning experiences as per your needs and preferences.
Classroom Training
Traditional form of instructor-led learning will take place in a physical classroom setting where a trainer or an instructor will deliver a lesson to a group of learners who are physically present in the same room. It will include lectures, group discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities.
It will allow for real-time interaction between learners and instructors. Learners can ask questions, receive feedback, and collaborate with their peers, leading to deeper understanding of the topic.

Aarohan is an EXCO Coaching program initiative divided into 2 parts Executive Coaching Program and Leadership Coaching Program. The Programs are designed from 6 Months to 1 Year based on the group with multiple 1:1 connects with external ICFAI certified coaches to groom leadership competency.
